How to Sign Up for Our Retreats

Joining our retreat is your first step towards an unforgettable experience.

To secure your spot, we require a non-refundable deposit of $500.

Here’s how you can complete your registration and payment:

Deposit Payment Options

1. Credit Card via Stripe: Easily pay your deposit using a credit card through Stripe, our secure payment processor. Please note that a 3.5% credit card processing fee will be added to future invoices for those opting to pay by credit card.

2. Zelle: For a fee-free option, consider paying via Zelle. It’s a quick and secure way to transfer funds directly from your bank account without incurring additional fees. Upon registration, we will supply you with our phone number for payment processing if you choose this as your preferred method of payment.

3. Personal Check: If you prefer, you can also pay by personal check. Please make your check payable to the name provided in our registration instructions and mail it to the address listed.

Flexible Payment Plans

We understand that flexibility is key when planning for an experience as unique as this retreat. That’s why we offer the following payment plan options for the balance after your deposit:

  • Pay in Full 

  • Two Equal Monthly Payments: Divide the remaining balance into two payments, spread out over two months.

  • Six Monthly Payments: Spread your balance over six months, making the financial aspect as comfortable and accessible as possible.

Important Notes

  • Payment Plan and Credit Card Fees: Please be aware that if you choose to pay by credit card, a 3.5% processing fee will be added to each invoice. This fee is not applied to the deposit but to future payments.

  • Registration Confirmation: Your spot is secured once your deposit is received. We will confirm your registration via email and provide further instructions on completing your payment plan setup, if applicable.

  • Finalizing Your Spot: Please remember, spaces are limited. Your prompt deposit and subsequent payments ensure your place in this unique retreat experience.

  • Full balance must be received 30 days before the 1st day of the retreat.

*The deposit you provide plays a crucial role in securing our services in advance, covering costs for our dedicated vendors such as drivers, private chefs, and venue bookings. These deposits are non-refundable to ensure that, in the event of a retreat cancellation, our partners are not left at a significant financial disadvantage. Should there be a need to cancel your participation in the retreat, for any reason from either side, while we will miss your presence, we gladly offer the option to transfer your deposit towards securing your place in a future retreat!
