Why This Retreat, Why Now
You’re not coming to push harder. You’re coming to soften.
This week is for people who feel tired, overextended, and ready for a kinder pace in their body and life.
Think: grounded yoga, honest rest, and a simple Tuscan rhythm instead of a packed holiday.

What our past guest say....
Attention to Detail
Truly Italy gave complete attention to the needs of every group member. The trip was like being graciously hosted by a family member. Highly recommend!!

Authentic Italian
Having Katie and Stefano there to show us the real Italy was priceless! I loved seeing the small towns and eating and drinking my way through Italy with real knowledgeable people!!

Who This Retreat Is For
This retreat is for you if:
• You love yoga or are yoga-curious and want a deeper, calmer reset than a typical holiday
• You crave a break from the noise and want space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with yourself
• You love Italy, good food, and a glass of wine with dinner
• You want to travel with kind, like-minded people instead of big tour groups
• You’re okay with light walking and gentle activity as part of your day
• You value small groups, personal attention, and a slower pace
If you read that list and thought “yes, that’s me”, you’re in the right place.

What You’ll Experience In Tuscany
Picture this:
You wake up to quiet countryside air and the smell of coffee.
You roll out your mat for morning yoga with Melissa, moving and breathing in a way that feels grounded and doable, not forced.
After practice, we’ll sit down together for a long, relaxed breakfast at the restaurant in the agriturismo. No rushing to work. No alarms. Just time.
Most days flow between:
• Morning yoga and simple workshops that meet you where you are
• Long Italian meals with fresh, local food and good conversation
• Time by the pool, reading, journaling, or wandering the property
• Visits to nearby hill towns and wineries that feel unhurried, not “checklist travel”
• Evenings with shared dinners, a glass of wine if you like, and connection that goes beyond small talk
There’s structure, but plenty of space.
Enough planned moments so you don’t have to think, and enough free time so you don’t feel trapped.
You leave feeling rested, clearer in your body and mind, and with new friends who get why this trip mattered to you.

FAQs
Do I need to be “good” at yoga to join?
No. All levels are welcome. Melissa teaches in a way that gives options. You can be newer to yoga, returning after a break, or more experienced. We’ll meet you where you are.
What kind of fitness level do I need?
You should be comfortable with gentle movement, getting on and off the floor, and light walking. There may be some hills and cobblestones in nearby towns, but nothing extreme.
I have dietary needs. Can you accommodate them?
Yes, within reason. Vegetarians, pescatarians, and common dietary needs (gluten-free, dairy-free) can usually be accommodated if we know in advance. You’ll share details on your application so we can confirm.
How do I get to the agriturismo?
You’ll make your own way to the agreed meeting point on Tuscany on June 12, 2027. We’ll share recommended airports, train routes, and timing, and from there we’ll coordinate group transport to the agriturismo where possible.
What if I’m traveling solo?
Perfect. Solo travelers are very welcome. You can choose a shared room and we’ll thoughtfully pair you with another guest of the same gender, or you can upgrade to a private room (limited availability).
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
We’ll send full terms before you pay any deposit. In general, deposits are non-refundable, and there are timelines for partial refunds and name transfers if you can’t attend. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers trip cancellation.
Is alcohol included?
Wine is included as part of scheduled winery tastings and some group dinners. Extra alcohol outside those moments is at your own cost. This is a yoga retreat, not a party trip.
Can my partner come if they don’t do yoga?
Yes, as long as they’re aligned with the tone of the week (slow, respectful, not a “party mode” vacation). They can skip yoga sessions, join meals and excursions, and enjoy the property. Pricing is per person.
